Built to Last

The Foundation of Your Outdoor Living

A paver patio isn't just a flat surface — it's the centerpiece of your outdoor living space. Done right, it becomes the place where your family gathers, where you entertain friends, and where you unwind after a long day. Done wrong, it settles, shifts, and becomes a constant headache.

As a Techo-Bloc Authorized Pro Installer, we build patios the way the manufacturer intended — with proper excavation depth, compacted aggregate base, and precise grading for drainage. The result is a patio that stays level and beautiful for decades.

We work with a full range of paver styles, colors, and patterns — from modern large-format slabs to classic herringbone brick. Every project includes proper edging, polymeric sand joints, and sealed surfaces when appropriate.

What's Included

Our Paver Patios Process

01

Layout & Design

We stake out your patio footprint on-site so you can visualize the exact size, shape, and flow before any digging begins.

02

Excavation & Grading

We excavate to the proper depth and grade the subsoil for drainage — the step most contractors rush and homeowners regret.

03

Aggregate Base

Multiple lifts of compacted crushed stone create a stable, frost-resistant foundation that prevents settling.

04

Bedding & Paver Install

Screeded sand bedding provides a perfectly level surface. Pavers are laid to your chosen pattern with precision cuts at edges.

05

Edge Restraint

Aluminum or concrete edge restraints are spiked into the base to prevent lateral paver movement over time.

06

Joint Sand & Sealing

Polymeric sand locks pavers in place and prevents weed growth. Optional sealer enhances color and protects the surface.

FAQ

Common Questions

How long does a paver patio installation take?
Most patio projects take 3–7 days depending on size and complexity. A standard 400 sq ft patio typically takes about 4–5 days from excavation to completion.
Will my patio settle or shift over time?
Not if it's built correctly. Proper excavation depth, compacted aggregate base, and edge restraints prevent settling. That's why base preparation is the most critical step — and the one we never shortcut.
What paver brands do you work with?
We're a Techo-Bloc Authorized Pro Installer, and we also work with Belgard, Unilock, and Cambridge pavers. We'll help you choose the right product for your style and budget.
Can you build a patio around my existing pool?
Absolutely. Pool deck and coping work is one of our specialties. We integrate the patio seamlessly with your pool's edge treatment for a cohesive look.
Do pavers require maintenance?
Minimal. We recommend re-applying polymeric sand every few years and optional re-sealing to maintain color. Pavers can be individually replaced if damaged — unlike poured concrete.
